Our QBCF line represents our Quick Blast Chilling or Freezing systems. These versatile systems incorporate a medium temperature refrigeration system which can handle relatively high temperatures in the blast chilling mode to quickly cool warm product, and also has the capacity to quickly freeze product to a temperature of  -28° C. These small single or double cart units are ideal for smaller food producers to get started into freezing and all the possibilities this brings for growth.

These units are highly productive and use very little floor space. With the addition of a small blast freezer, your storage freezer is totally available for packaged product. This quite often can postponing the need to move to a larger building. Fast freezing means proper food preservation, minimal ice crystallization and in the end when the product is defrosted and consumed, fresh quality.
