Koma SDCC - Popular Automatic Dough Conditioner

Manufactured by Koma Industries B.V. their smallest, fully automatic, self contained, dough conditioner. The entire process from making the dough, retarding, storing, recovery, proving and humidity are automatically and accurately controlled by the SDCC's computer. Products can be prepared in the day time, put inside the SDCC and will be ready for bake off in the morning. This can reduce the hours a baker needs to spend in the bakery. Ducted ceiling and walls supply optimum air flow and safe storage, without damage to the products. The advantages are obvious: fresh products are constantly available and the work can be perfectly timed.
